Terms of Service

1st Priority Home Services is a marketplace that connects homeowners (“Customers”) with independent home service professionals (“Providers”). We are not a provider of home services and do not employ Providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Customers may post jobs, request quotes, and book Providers. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners and may be held until work is approved. A service fee applies to completed bookings. Providers may purchase subscriptions, lead credits, and promotional add-ons.

Verification badges reflect documents submitted by Providers and reviewed by us. Badges are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee. Customers should exercise their own judgment.

If a dispute arises, you may submit a request through the Platform. We may, at our discretion, facilitate resolution, issue refunds, or release held payments in accordance with our policies.

You are responsible for content you post. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that is fake, abusive, or violates our policies.

You may not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, circumvent our payment system, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Priority Management LLCdisclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services performed by Providers.
