We use information to operate the marketplace, match Customers and Providers, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, improve our services, and send relevant communications.

We share limited information between Customers and Providers to facilitate bookings, with service partners (such as payment processors), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in to text messages from 1st Priority Home Services (1st Priority Management LLC), we use your mobile number solely to send the account, service, and (if separately opted in) promotional messages you agreed to. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply.

You can manage notification preferences, access or update your information, and request deletion of your account from your settings or by contacting us.
